Ecofill Easy Start STD

This filler for Bag in Box pouches has been constructed in stainless steel and equipped with a centrifugal pump, flow meter and touch screen controls.

Using the Ecofill Easy Start STD the operator places the bag on the gripper and manually removes the cap. They then press the start buttons and the machine automatically fills the bag to the programmed capacity. Once filling is complete the operator re-inserts the cap then removes the bag from the gripper.

Ecofill Easy Start ARM

This filler is similar to the STD model but utilises an arm mechanism to remove the cap, present the filling nozzle, then replace the cap after filling. The machine constructed in stainless steel and is equipped with a centrifugal pump, flow meter and touch screen controls

Ecofill ATEX

The Ecofill ATEX machine is a manual filler for Bag in Box pouches. It is 100% pneumatic with no electrical components. The operator places the pouch into the clamp and uses the arm to remove the cap, present the filling nozzle to the bag and replace the cap when filling is complete.
