Case Sealers

A case sealer is a type of equipment used in the packaging industry to automatically close and seal cardboard boxes or cases after they have been filled with products. They can handle large volumes of cases and can be customised to fit specific sizes and configurations. Some machines require some manual adjustments for different box sizes, although some are fully automatic and need no manual adjustments.

Case sealer machines

LC15CS – semi-automatic, this model seals the flaps with adhesive tape. Can be adjusted for box loading and removal and can be manually changed for different box sizes.
LC25CS – semi-automatic but can detect the size of the box and automatically adjust parameters without needing manual adjustment.
L35CS – fully automatic, this model is perfect as part of an automated production line. It seals all flaps with tape, gummed paper or hot melt glue and can accommodate different box sizes although needs manual adjustment.
D45NC – fully automatic, it detects the size of the box and automatically adjusts the parameters allowing the user to alternate between different box sizes without manual adjustment.
