Range Overview

Working in partnership with DNC, Autopack supplies end-of-line automatic case sealer machinery that prepares your finished product for shipping and/or storage. Case sealers complete the boxing process by closing the boxes after they have been erected and packed.

Case and box sealing machines vary in complexity, as they will have different seal types and case size compatibility. These are important factors to consider, and once you tell us your business requirements, we can recommend the perfect machine for you.

There are three types of seal: gummed paper, adhesive tape and hot melt glue. A case sealer machine will take 0200 (HSC) and 0201 (RSC) style boxes and fold the top panels down before using your choice of seal to close the case. There are top and bottom closing options, as well as a combination of both.

Our range covers semi-automatic and automatic case sealers:

· Semi-automatic – the series 15 and series 25 require the box to be pushed into the belted component. The series 15 model requires manual adjustments using handwheels to adapt to different case sizes, whereas the series 25 detects size changes automatically and adjusts accordingly.

· Automatic – the series 35 and series 45 machines are both fully automatic, and are capable of identifying and adapting to case size differentiation. Automatic box sealers are ideal for larger-scale production, as they can be integrated easily into an automatic production line along with synchronised conveyors.

These case sealers are usually used alongside other end-of-line machinery, including case erectors, case packers, palletisers and pallet wrappers.
