Reel Fed Pouch Machines

Reel pouch machines create and fill pouches using a continuous reel of packaging film material. The film is fed through the machine, where it is unwound from the reel, formed into a pouch, filled with product and then sealed. Able to handle various types of packaging materials, it can also be configured to create different pouch shapes and sizes and can fill an array of products, including powders, granules, liquids and solids. Able to achieve high speeds and produce a large number of pouches in a short space of time, it is suitable for high-volume environments.

Reel fed pouch machine

The MH170 FE is a reel fed pouch machine which can create Doypacks or pouches with or without zips. Three filling stations on the pouch machine enable mixed products or numerous fillings for optimal output. It can be connected to automatic filling systems, such as depositors, liquid fillers, powder fillers and multi-head weighers.
