The Ecopack Maserform Carton Erector erects the cartons and seals the base flaps before presenting it the the filling machine.

The Ecofil Master filling machine takes continuous bags from a web and fills them to the preset volume before cutting and discharging the bag into the open top carton.

With the carton fully loaded, the box is transferred automatically to the Ecopack Hot Melt case sealer where the top flaps are secured using hot melt glue.
