Case packers group and place products in boxes, trays and containers.

Some case packing machines require the boxes to already be made, either manually or using our case erectors. This is the case with the ZENIT or Robotic models. However, the BIZZY range include a compact erector and the SWING machine builds the case around the product.

These machines vary in size and the footprint can be adjusted to suit small and specific facilities. They also vary in complexity; the compact BIZZY is ideal for small-medium boxes and smaller products whereas the BIZZY+ has the same functions but can handle larger boxes and pack multiple boxes during the same cycle.

The most advanced in the range is the Robotic Packer which can perform a reproduceable pick and place action or advanced visual sensors to detect the product, its location and orientation.

Generally, the machine can be used to pack a wide range of products, such as bottles, cans, jars or cartons into cases of various sizes and configurations.

These machines are usually followed by case sealers which tape the filled boxes and then a palletiser and pallet wrapper can also be added to upgrade the production line.
